Hi, I have been reading the other threads in the endpoint forum and applied some of those answers. The PC is shown as online, but status in now showing out of date. The PC endpoint doesn't have any locations in either the primary or secondary tabs. The tabs are grayed out so I can't manually configure them.
I do remember seeing a thread on this and I can't remember wherther the answer was to re-install the enpoint software over the existing installation.I know the recommendation was not to uninstall endpoint.

I just tried re-installing the software and it failed.

Update. I stopped and restarted the endpoint process on the UTM, the state of the PC now shows as online and Status as OK. The PC still shows the Sophos endpoint as failing to update.
I will attach the UTM endpoint log extract.

Hi Wingman, no, the warning was about no firewall. Got tired of it so disabled the service.
I have to AVs running on the VM PC, Sophos and AVG free. Worst part from my point of view is that with this setup they run faster than the work PCs with just Symantec.
Hi, the last couple of days that I have been checking the endpoint security on the PC and the UTM I see the following error message in the UTM endpoint log. Yes, I have applied the fix, twice, the second the result indicated that the fix had already been applied.
