Issue with timeout on pop up for hosted application

I am having an issue with a hosted accounting system.  online.qbyte.com when my users try to do certain functions a popup opens, goes blank for 3+ minutes but then I get an error about SSL being configured.  I am not sure what is causing this behavior.  When the user goes home it works just fine.  Nothing stands out in the logs.  I have tried setting it up as an exception but that hand no effect.  Any help would be appreciated.

    I will get with the user and get a screen shot.  As well as log lines.  Thank you.

    I have attached the error message when behind the Sophos UTM then the correct image when NOT behind it.

    I do not have the log message.  This is a pop-up message.  The pop-up blocker is off, but once again you can see behind the UTM and NOT behind the UTM.

    It's difficult to analyze without the line from the Web Filtering log file...

    If you're running the web proxy in a Standard mode, have you added 4443 to 'Allowed target services'?

    Do you see any port 4443 traffic blocked in the Firewall log?

    Is there anything suspicious in the Intrusion Prevention log file?

    finally got the log entries and cannot figureout where the rules are to turn them off.

    Hi, create a firewall rule to allow the traffic out, or configure the http proxy to allow it through the proxy (as Bob mentioned).
