No update path for UTM Endpoint Clients

Hi,

I installed the Endpoint Protection Client. The Client shows up in the UTM 9 as "Online", so this is working so far.
But on the client where Endpoint is installed, i can't download updates due to there is noch given update path. Wether primary nor secondary path.

Any ideas?

The endpoint version can be checked via 'Product info >> Software' from within the Endpoint UI. There is no 'new' installer, yet (as I said, it still contains outdated v10.0.5 endpoint). But as soon as it has been installed, Auto update will download & install v10.0.8 to become current.

In my case is version 10.0.5 has been installed.

As Mario said, after the initial install, eventually the Update system will automatically update the client to 10.0.8. It may take a little while.

- My First Install with Full Version worked.
- Subsequently my Update Field is empty like what you all experienced.
- Reason I attempted a reinstall is to test the "quick" install and the "full install"

- I attempted all the steps in this post and problem persist.

- Any idea if they plan to fix this?

- They need to make the installer "smarter", right now it is such a nightmare even for techie like us to get it to work.
