Routing Problem if using two wan interface

I am testing on with Two wan interface. My scenario is

I have an internal network with ip address 192.168.2.0
One Wan Interface for internet connection.
And One more WAN2 for other area network ip adress is 192.168.50.0

What is the step by step configuration for the setup of two wan.

I have previously configured with static routing but not successful in working with both network simultaneously.

Is the second WAN using a VPN connection to reach the other 192.168.50.0 address or is it a closed network delivered by your provider?

it is lab testing environment .
IP 192.168.50.1 is gateway used to reach different network with ip range 192.168.60.0

Then I think you should use Multipath rules as BarryG is mentioning.

You can create a rule Internal (Network) -> any -> Remote (Network) -> WAN2

That way UTM will always use WAN2 when destination is remote network (your 192.168.60.0 network probably).
192.168.50.1 I guess is another router which is on the WAN2 subnet where your UTM also has a 192.168.50.x address (x should not be 1)
The default-gateway of WAN2 should point to 192.168.50.1.

You should confirm that the routing mechanisms are correct on the other routers aswell.
My first guess: Can the router in the 192.168.60.0 network reach your 192.168.2.0 network via his default route? If not, you have to set a static route there. (or enable Masquerading on your sophos box if you have no access there)

Please provide a schematic graphic of your environment if you need further infos.

If you can't reach anything but 192.168.50/60.x when going out WAN2, then you should use Static Routing.

Actually when i use dhcp on Wan2 i get reply from wan2 network, but when i use static ip ,i am not able to ping to wan two network.

eg: WAN2 DHCP - i get reply to ping from ip 192.168.50.1 pc,
while using static ip 192.168.50.10 (WAN2) , i am not able to ping ip 192.168.50.1.

I have also checked in firewall support tools, i am able to ping to wan 2 network within from firewall, while not able to ping from pc.
