error message on wan link

I have a problemam,'m using balancing and link one of my links is CABLE MODEM, with this error message on the dashboard, I reseto to the modem (dhcp active with this) and this error does not disappear, since reconfigured the modem, tested it and this perfect, however the Astaro even though he does not have as balancing and traffic remains the error message (he's up) but with error

    thanks for helping me, the error message tells me not at all, the modem is always routed and ran to about 3 weeks and when stopped to traffic travels, is very little information that goes through this link, below the screen and the more I restart your modem or ASG message persists! I'm back bakcup before the last update and the error remained ..

    Have a look at /var/log/service_monitor.log for more information of link monitoring.
    You could also disable automatic monitoring and specify manual hosts for monitoring.

    changed the mtu to 1500 and had no success! regarding the monitoring of link, I'm using the 2 links in balance and this link via cable modem with error remains even if I leave it on hold ...

    in what way is configured the WAN in the modem of backup line? 
    can you configure that modem in bridge mode and let UTM handle the configuration?

    the modem is routed and the service dhcp active! would be better to put it in bridge? porenm is a service that has no User and password to dial, that is already routed came from my high speed internet ... what would be best to make this case

    You are sure your second WAN link has a valid Internet connection?

    MY FRIEND SAYS Astaro IP 192.168.0.254 BY MY NETWORK AND USA THIS BAND IP ..... The MODEM NET (THAT IS THE LINK WITH THIS PROBLEM THAT BAKCUP) is routed IP 192.168.100.1 AND WITH ... INSIDE MY FIELD OF U.S. CAN NOT THE MODEM dripping on NET ... BUT USING A NOTEBOOK AND I PINGO surf the Internet NORMALLY BY THE MODEM NET ... I THINK I'M NOT GETTING TO WORK WITH HIM Astaro ..
