error message on wan link

I have a problemam,'m using balancing and link one of my links is CABLE MODEM, with this error message on the dashboard, I reseto to the modem (dhcp active with this) and this error does not disappear, since reconfigured the modem, tested it and this perfect, however the Astaro even though he does not have as balancing and traffic remains the error message (he's up) but with error

    if is not PPOE but only DHCP NET(WAN) try to change the MTU to 1500


    changed the mtu to 1500 and had no success! regarding the monitoring of link, I'm using the 2 links in balance and this link via cable modem with error remains even if I leave it on hold ...
