error message on wan link

I have a problemam,'m using balancing and link one of my links is CABLE MODEM, with this error message on the dashboard, I reseto to the modem (dhcp active with this) and this error does not disappear, since reconfigured the modem, tested it and this perfect, however the Astaro even though he does not have as balancing and traffic remains the error message (he's up) but with error

    in what way is configured the WAN in the modem of backup line? 
    can you configure that modem in bridge mode and let UTM handle the configuration?




    the modem is routed and the service dhcp active! would be better to put it in bridge? porenm is a service that has no User and password to dial, that is already routed came from my high speed internet ... what would be best to make this case
