error message on wan link

I have a problemam,'m using balancing and link one of my links is CABLE MODEM, with this error message on the dashboard, I reseto to the modem (dhcp active with this) and this error does not disappear, since reconfigured the modem, tested it and this perfect, however the Astaro even though he does not have as balancing and traffic remains the error message (he's up) but with error

    You are sure your second WAN link has a valid Internet connection?

    MY FRIEND SAYS Astaro IP 192.168.0.254 BY MY NETWORK AND USA THIS BAND IP ..... The MODEM NET (THAT IS THE LINK WITH THIS PROBLEM THAT BAKCUP) is routed IP 192.168.100.1 AND WITH ... INSIDE MY FIELD OF U.S. CAN NOT THE MODEM dripping on NET ... BUT USING A NOTEBOOK AND I PINGO surf the Internet NORMALLY BY THE MODEM NET ... I THINK I'M NOT GETTING TO WORK WITH HIM Astaro ..
