Astaro 7 webadmin password lost

Hello dear forum members, 

i have critical situation with my astaro 7. I lost my webadmin pass and i'm not able to recover it.
1. I reset root and loginuser passwords/read a tutorials/ 
2. I logged in as root, cc, RAW, system_password_reset
3. Then access my astaro via web browser, but NOTHING happens, i did not receive a prompt to set up new webadmin password:

It stay online with fields for username and password

By the way i noticed that after i reboot my astaro, i can not login as root/or loginuser/ via terminal with the newlly set passwords??

So can i enable SSH access via terminal and export a backup to a flash drive? I did not find any such commands. If i enable SSH i will be enable to access the dir: /var/confd/var/storage/snapshots/  where backups are stored.

    Login into the console or via SSH, and type the following commands(id:root):

    cc [enter]
    RAW [enter]
    system_password_reset [enter]
    Ctrl C

    did you do that procedure?

    type in your new password twice there..good to go.

    Yes i did it, but i did not reach the screen from the picture!! that is the problem! itried via different browsers, cleaning cache and so on butu nothing help!!
    After i enter those command Astaro did not promt me to enter new webadmin details/password/

    Hi, Vlad, and welcome to the User BB!

    The following command will set the password for the admin account to mynewpassword

    cc passwd mynewpassword


    To enable shell access and confirm that you're accessing from an allowed network:

    cc set ssh status 1
    cc get ssh allowed_networks


    At least, those commands work in V8 and V9.  I believe they should work with V7.  Any luck?

    I tested those commands but no any result: I set the new password for admin as you can see in the console screen, but not able to log in to the web with newly set paswword.

    Vlad, please edit your posts above, click on [Go Advanced], delete those external links and attach the images to your posts.  We can't know if that external site is properly protected. The only malware I've gotten in over 10 years was from a link to a picture in this forum several years ago.

    Note the get in Bob's prior post: cc get ssh...

    Regarding the USB portion:  Do the instructions here work in 7.something, as is or with modification?

    My astaro 7, was not managed long time, i did this procedure with reseting root and loginuser passwords 1 time 2monts ago and it worked with no problems!! But now same procedure, same commands, everything the same, but web admin still unaccesable.
    After 2 days i will make an upgrade and i'm planning to install astaro 9.3, copy local backups from astaro 7/from snapshots folder where backups are stored/ and try to restore it on newly installed astaro 9.3. If it is not working, i will make clean configuration to this 9.3
