i have critical situation with my astaro 7. I lost my webadmin pass and i'm not able to recover it.
1. I reset root and loginuser passwords/read a tutorials/
2. I logged in as root, cc, RAW, system_password_reset
3. Then access my astaro via web browser, but NOTHING happens, i did not receive a prompt to set up new webadmin password:

It stay online with fields for username and password
By the way i noticed that after i reboot my astaro, i can not login as root/or loginuser/ via terminal with the newlly set passwords??
So can i enable SSH access via terminal and export a backup to a flash drive? I did not find any such commands. If i enable SSH i will be enable to access the dir: /var/confd/var/storage/snapshots/ where backups are stored.
