Selling and shipping boxes can be trivial compared to the configuration, maintenance and troubleshooting.
Give serious consideration to how you, and/or your client, expects to be supported first then "interview" the resellers/partners/etc for the kinds of support your want/expect (and can afford).
Also ask "Who fixes our licensing issues, and how quickly, if they arise?".
Which nation(s) and any language requirements may be important as well.
Thanks for replying. The reason for asking is my experienced in contacting a partner for a quote is I don't always get a straight answer. I will be supporting, configuring and troubleshoot the appliance. I just need a quote for purchase, including: appliance, license, and support.
I've had luck with a company call corporate armor. I contacted a few vendors and they seemed like the only ones that were even mildly interested in helping me buy a utm120
they helped me with 1 or 2 of my easy issues but didn't provide much support after that (which i understand)
prior to this i only had experience with home routers so it took a while to get my feet under me but after about 5-6 days of figuring things out and knocking out problems i feel like i can do most day to day things
