new purchase recommendation

Hello,

Looking to purchase UTM appliance for small bussiness client.  Would it be better to purchase from national reseller or from a partner?

    I've had luck with a company call corporate armor. I contacted a few vendors and they seemed like the only ones that were even mildly interested in helping me buy a utm120 

    they helped me with 1 or 2 of my easy issues but didn't provide much support after that (which i understand)

    prior to this i only had experience with home routers so it took a while to get my feet under me but after about 5-6 days of figuring things out and knocking out problems i feel like i can do most day to day things

    not giving much support isn't something i do..I'm not a sell it then get out partner..I'll support your business as well..[:)]
