Some users unable to authenticate to Sophos Client.

Some users unable to authenticate to Sophos Client.

I get the user authentication failed. Please see the log below.

I would appreciate if anyone can help.

    Please verify the configuration again as per the below link .

    Please check Firewall authentication methods and  SSL VPN authentication methods under Authentication > Services and make sure AD is added and try to re-import the SSL VPN Configuration on Sophos Connect Client.

    Please check with a simple password with no special character or space
