Thank you for reaching out to the community, can you login to the console via putty in the CLI menu press 4 for the device console and execute the following command:
#console> system diagnostics show disk

I noticed the issue is with the group on AD the user is a member of.
It means Sophos does not have writeback when a user is moved to a different group.
