I downloaded the file. Installed, run it, and reached the webgui. I entered the serial number that I was given, after a few clicks, it says almost there or something. The final click left the page (webgui) unreachable. I tried to return back to previous page, and did it once again. Same thing happened. I finally had to go back, and select 30 day trial. After that, I was able to go into the webgui. I went to the licensing area, and my license appears to be there, but it says you cannot have 2 30-day trials running. I went into the sophos portal, and it shows another device, with another serial number, besides this. But I don't recall having another instance. I don't know how to delete that either.
Now I don't know whether it's the license issue, or if there's another instance of home trial running. Or whether this is an evaluation copy of the commercial license.
I guess, there was a mistake in this point.

Actually you should not be able to start any FG+ Trial on a home license. Seems like with this process, you started a customer appliance.
Hence you cannot "change" / import the Home license.
Home and the business appliance uses the same ISO.

Like on your screenshot, i guess, you pressed the second option.
In that case, XG will start a new Trial with a new (business) SN.
I guess you have to reinstall XG :(
