  • Hello schmidt,

is the error still there or has it meanwhile disappeared?

Which package of the Mac product did you subscribe to? The current 9 Recommended is 9.0.4.93862.1 not 9.0.1.91247, this might have been a transient condition

  • Hi Christian,

I am still getting the eror message. The Mac package was set for 9.0.1.91247. Thanks for letting me know that I had it set to the wrong product. My choices are 9 Recommended or 9.0.4. Should I pick the 9 Recommended so that it will always get the correct version of the product?

I really appreciate your help on this.

  • Hello Colleen,

sounds like you were/are using fixed packages. Do you also have an older SEC version? Looks similar to the issue in the Where did my 10.3.2 package go? thread. Normally SUM should give a more specific message in case of a retired fixed package.

So I can't say what is correct for you - if you don't have a specific reason for selecting fixed packages the 9 Recommended is just that, the recommended package of version 9. Note that it requires Mac OS X 10.6+ but as you've already used version 9 this should not concern you.

  • Hi Christian,

We do have another older SEC for some workstations that have yet to be moved to the new SEC. That migration is taking longer than expected, but in our educational environment, that's typical!

I'll take a look at the thread that you sent. Thanks for your help in solving this issue!
