  • Hello Pyxis,

please post some of the preceding lines (preferably from the one which says: CIDUpdateLocation::SyncProduct - Updating Product: RMSNT).

  • Hello Pyxis,

    This one ?

    perfect!

The first error indicator is set after CIDSync(CidSyncMessage): Downloading file 1046.mst and it obviously fails to read this file (probably would have failed with others as well). If you manuall browse to the rms folder in the CID - can you open the files in there? Did the machine update before or is it newly installed?

  • Hello,

What is the CID ? :D the rms folder is on the server ? sorry for my ignorance...

the problem seems appear only on Seven since we update the console.

I received a mail today from Sophos Support who say that it is a problem occured by windows Search, but i have desactivated it and the problem is still here.

  • Hello Pyxis,

CID (Central Installation Directory) is where the clients download the updates from. If as you say only certain clients are affected this would somewhat whitewash the server. Nevertheless I'd delete the CID's contents on the server and let SUM rebuild the CID. Sorry, no cross-references how to do it, the smart device I'm posting from is somewhat limited. Search might be your friend :smileywink:
