Clean up failed

Attached the message I received after trying to clean up the threat as well as the path information. Not sure how to proceed from here. Thanks for any help you can provide.

Hi David,

Since you have the file there can you upload a copy to SophosLabs for analysis? Put the reason as clean-up failed and include a link to this thread for reference.

Sure I can upload file and send link. In the meantime I have no sense of whether I should be concerned. Should I not access financial information from this computer for example?

Actually I have a problem uploading the file. I can find it via "Reveal in Finder" through Sophos. But I don't know how to navigate to it when via "Choose File" on the webpage for uploading files. I think that the problem may be that the file is part of the Mail program. When I "Show Path Bar" in finder all it displays for a path is "Mail". Any suggestions?

...then you should be able to browse to it from the sample form.

I wouldn't worry - Sophos Anti-Virus detected the item so it's blocked it from running and will continue to do so. It would be good to get a sample just so we can further look at it and maybe improve how we clean it up.
