UTM blocking youtube for no apparent reason

Hello there, I have an issue that I am unable to solve.

Everything works fine except that I am unable to browse youtube.
I cannot even ping it from behind the UTM.
I tried turning everything off, IPS, web filtering, application rules...And nothing seem to solve the problem.
I know youtube is reachable and browsable when I connect directly through my ISP modem.

My setup is a follow:
ISP router -> UTM latest (installed on an HP proliant server) -> swtich -> some router -> My PC.

What have I been missing?

    Thank you for your prompt reply, but I have done that before your suggestion, in fact I have done alot of research before posting on the forum.
    I looked around, on the forum and outside and honestly I did not find what might be causing the problem.
    So in brief I have already checked the rules, all the logs, live logs, read the whole manual cover to cover, tried many different configuration, turned everything off and even reinstalled from scratch and it only works when I turn the UTM complety off.

    So just to avoid further reply like please search the forum, or read the manual or similar suggestion please be warned, I have been facing the problem for more than a month now and tried every single option I could lay my hand on before even attempting to post.

    Please find bellow a little more about the configuration.
    - Firewall running with only 7 rules, the only one I created was for torrent
    - IPS running whith the default settings
    - Web filtering running with a list of less than 10 blocked website (nothing related to youtube, not even from far)
    - Application control running with one application blocked (google adds)
    - AV active of HTTP/S
    - Antispyware active
    - One NAT rule for torrent
    - No running proxy, VPN, special routing or anything else.
    - Service definition created for torrent (and the goin to in DNAT uses the address)

    Now even when every thing is off the problem is not solved

    What more information can I provide to help you out, help me out, figure what might be causing the problem?

    So, you specifically checked to confirm that the Intrusion Protection log was empty?  And, you confirm that there are no lines in the Web Filtering log related to YouTube?

    Pinging is regulated on the 'ICMP' tab of 'Firewall'.

    As what goes for pinging, I can ping almost any IP expet those related to youtube.
    Same for traceroute.
    Dig works for youtube (do not know which protocol dig uses)

    Except for some ICMP flood (going out from my pc, probably the torrent client) nothing else show in the IPS live log when I try to connect to youtube.

    I confirm that there is no lines in the web filtering related to youtube, I rechecked (even thoug when web filtering is turned off nothing changes). I even deleted all the filtering and tested.

    on the ICMP tab of firewal the following are checked:
    - Ping from Gateway
    - Gateway forwards Pings
    - Gateway forwards Traceroute

    At some point I tried tcpdump that showed "TCP retransmission" all the time when trying to connect to youtube. So I guess that requests are not leaving the network

    I am positively sure that it is a very "stupid" mistake somewhere I just would like to know where I could still look.

    I have one new information it is the IP: 109.88.203.* that is blocked!!!

    If nothing is in the logs, the problem would seem to be in the PC or in the router between it and the UTM.  If you run tcpdump on the UTM, do you see the traffic from your PC to YouTube reaching he UTM?

    Dear bob,

    The problem is not in the PC since when I connect it directly to the router I can reach youtube.
    I think I fund the problem:
    When I dig youtube I get the following set of IP addresses:
    109.88.203.93 109.88.203.99 .... and so on although when I made some reserch I found out that these are not youtube IP's but my ISP provider so I think the problem come from DNS translation.

    Please advise

    Dear Bob good news, like I mentioned earilier it is probably a stupid issue and it was.
    The latest router in front of the PC was the issue.
    I did not take the time to figure out problem, he just went through the window
