No information about Users in Web security reports

Hi all,

Hope you are doing well.

I installed ASG in a network as a default gateway and I enabled the Web security (Standard Mode with AD SSO) and everything is working fine but I can't get information about users in reports.

Could you please help me and thanks in advance.

    In allowed network you should remove Internal Network
    And see there if you have any exceptions to skip Logging

    Please check the Web Filtering log to confirm that things are configured correctly and post a representative line here.  You might have all traffic passing via a Firewall rule.

    I've actually got this same thing going on with a brand new UTM120 install running 9.004-34 which came pre-installed from Sophos.

    Web Protection is enabled and working.  It blocks everything just like it is supposed to, however nothing is being recorded in the Web Protection Reports.

    Web Protection is enabled and working. It blocks everything just like it is supposed to, however nothing is being recorded in the Web Protection Reports.

    If you mean that log files are being populated, but Reporting is not, then you should ask Sophos Support to reinitialize that database.
