No information about Users in Web security reports

Hi all,

Hope you are doing well.

I installed ASG in a network as a default gateway and I enabled the Web security (Standard Mode with AD SSO) and everything is working fine but I can't get information about users in reports.

Could you please help me and thanks in advance.

Please check the Web Filtering log to confirm that things are configured correctly and post a representative line here. You might have all traffic passing via a Firewall rule.
