AV database problem

While trying to retrieve the URL:  http://www.astaro.org/login.php?do=login
Error message:  No AV Database

I must turn the AV scanning off in "Web Security/ HTTP/S" in order to reach this site.

Received this message without turning on https scanning.

With HTTPS scanning turned on...

Error message:  No AV Database

Why? Is my AV database corrupt?

Solution? Must I do a complete reinstall?

  • I don't know if you need to reinstall.  Apparently, turning off dual scan resolves the problem of a missing CalmAV database.  If it's the Avira database, Gert had a suggestion for an ssh command to run to list debugging information.
