need help manually removing OSX/Geonei-A

Sophos cannot remove this threat from my computer. When I click "Reveal in Finder" i see the file but it will not let me delete the file or move it to my trash. I am not very tech-savvy so I am at a loss on what to do. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Is this issue while using the Sophos UTM's builtin Endpoint Protection client? Or a seperate Sophos EndUser Protection suite?
