Sophos LiveConnect is disabled

Any news about the LiveConnect? Since this night my UTM haven´t a connect to this:

System is a Active-Passive HA-System, licence is good, time is good, any connections without problems.
I found some about this in the ubb. But all inside the beta-test.

the all.broker.sophos.com is ping´able.

    11 hours no LiveConnect. Now its online.....strange
  • These problems happened to some of our customers too during the last few days.
    Sophos support told me that they are aware of the "LiveConnect disabled" problem and are working on it.
    So I think we will have to wait.

    It seems the product is still in a kind of beta state. In Germany we call it "Bananen-Software" (banana software - ripens at the customer site)... [:D]

    • UTM: 2 vCPUs, 2GB RAM, 50GB vHDD, 2 vNICs on vServer (KVM) | UTM 9.7 (Home License) with: Email Protection, Webserver Protection, RED-Tunnel (server)
  • Synopex, it's definitely intermittent... saw this yesterday and started a support case.  Probably some sort of issue with the broker servers / services (not a local UTM issue).

  • Is it possible that Live Connect services are down again?
    My UTM tells me that LiveConnect is disabled and the Log shows the following:

  • Same problem here, but not on all boxes. 




    On a customers UTM LiveConnect is offline and all Clients show offline, on our own UTM it's working.
    I'll raise a call at Sophos.
