Sophos UTM 9 wont let me install office 365 the logs say its dropped by the Firewall?

Any help would be wonderful. Im currently new to sophos so a step by step guide would be greatly appreciated.

  • If you are still having the problem, please post a line from the Firewall log file. Alone among the logs, the Firewall Live Log presents abbreviated information in a format easier to read quickly.  Usually, you can't troubleshoot without looking at the corresponding line from the full Firewall log file.
