Hi, Robert, and welcome to the UTM Community!
Does #1 in Rulz provide more information for us to work with?
Also you might try a google on site:community.sophos.com "Office 365"
Cheers - Bob
If you are still having the problem, please post a line from the Firewall log file. Alone among the logs, the Firewall Live Log presents abbreviated information in a format easier to read quickly. Usually, you can't troubleshoot without looking at the corresponding line from the full Firewall log file.

What did you create exceptions for in the filtering options. You answer did not give me enough to go on to recreate...
i created exceptions in the transparent mode skiplist
#1 skipmode destination host
destinations were officecdn.microsoft.com for the first one and officecdn.microsoft.com.edgesuite.net both as dns host
Thanks!
I did that and continue to have problems. I don't know if it is our new SG firewall, the anti-virus or Office that is the problem. Frustrated, grrr
are you in transparent mode?
Yes, but authentication is set to "None" until I can take care of some AD Domain issues.
is this problem has solved yet?
our customer is using UTM and experiencing this problem, we have add exception as mentioned in this link: https://community.sophos.com/products/xg-firewall/f/firewall-and-policies/84107/microsoft-office-365-auto-installer-being-blocked-by-sophos-xg125 and destination skiplist to those dns host.
behind UTM there is a mikrotik that act as a router for the WAN, but was configured masquerade for the traffic going through UTM to the Internet, i suspect this is the main problem but i am not sure about that.
please let me know if there are any working solution;
big thanks,
