Can't see where rules are used (blue circled i)

Fresh install Home version UTM version 9.205-12 latest as of yesterday. Installed an update today to 9.206-35.

Each time I click on a blue circled i - usage info, (from any page), I receive the error below. What is going on?

Information:
Can't use string ("0") as an ARRAY ref while "strict refs" in use at /wfe/asg/modules/asg_misc.pm line 692.

If I MUST start from scratch and re-install, will a backup created just before the re-install transfer the error to the new install?

Also, no data is being logged on the "Network Protection" overview. All fields are empty.

OK, here's what I did. 

1) made a current (full) backup.
2) did a factory reset.
3) uploaded and installed the backup

Everything that I have examined so far is fully functional. Total repair time less than 15 minutes.

Sometimes, to fix this issue, you can do, from the command line as root:

/etc/init.d/postgresql92 rebuild

After having installed Sophos UTM 9.310-11 I also encounter this error when clicking the object Info button to see how and where this object is used.

How can I get rid of t hat error in 9.3?

Either like Jim did by taking a config backup, factory reset, then restore backup or run the command Bob suggested from shell.
