Can't see where rules are used (blue circled i)

Each time I click on a blue circled i - usage info, (from any page), I receive the error below. What is going on?

Can't use string ("0") as an ARRAY ref while "strict refs" in use at /wfe/asg/modules/asg_misc.pm line 692.

    Information:
    Can't use string ("0") as an ARRAY ref while "strict refs" in use at /wfe/asg/modules/asg_misc.pm line 692.  

    Fresh install Home version UTM version 9.205-12 latest as of yesterday. Installed an update today to 9.206-35.

    If I MUST start from scratch and re-install, will a backup created just before the re-install transfer the error to the new install?

    Also, no data is being logged on the "Network Protection" overview. All fields are empty.
