Can't see where rules are used (blue circled i)

Each time I click on a blue circled i - usage info, (from any page), I receive the error below. What is going on?

Can't use string ("0") as an ARRAY ref while "strict refs" in use at /wfe/asg/modules/asg_misc.pm line 692.

    OK, here's what I did. 

    1) made a current (full) backup.
    2) did a factory reset.
    3) uploaded and installed the backup

    Everything that I have examined so far is fully functional. Total repair time less than 15 minutes.
