Accessing web failed

Hi Everyone,

Yesterday my customer reported that they are having problem to access internet.

Based on web filter log as shown below, I'm not sure the information on log are causing the error however once they restart the box i couldn't see the same log an user are now able to access internet.

Does anyone have this type of error or can share information regarding log information. Thanks

That's not an error; it's a normal check the proxy does to see which content-classification server is the fastest.

Their problem sounds more like a hardware problem. Maybe the NIC in use for the WAN connection, maybe their modem, maybe the ISP, maybe ???

Hi Bob,

Error gone once we disable web filter, if not web filtering logs will full with the same log try to access server 'cxx.astaro.com'

This is correct - other results would be incorrect.
