Accessing web failed

Hi Everyone,

Yesterday my customer reported that they are having problem to access internet.

Based on web filter log as shown below, I'm not sure the information on log are causing the error however once they restart the box i couldn't see the same log an user are now able to access internet.

Does anyone have this type of error or can share information regarding log information. Thanks
