hi folks,
fancy that: you have a network -> you´re the admin of the Internetaccount and the ASL box.->
you live together with some persons.-> everybody has a notebook and is his own admin-> they have restrictet access to the net (http, https and ftp only trough squid) -> you´re the only one who has access to irc. now : if you aren´t at home someone can grab your ip and connect to irc.
the first solution i tought that would help was to allow only one MAC adress to connect to 6667, but can´t find this in asl.
Is there any solution to handle this situation. i mean that this is generally intersting, because ip´s are easy to change. (mac´s too, but not for them) [:(]
any idea? [:S]
