No update in the users list

Hello,

I am using an Astaro security gateway ASG220 (v7.402) and i have a real problem with my users list.
I have an active directory working for my company but my astaro security gateway doesn't sync with it any more.
In "Users » Authentication" the configuration is ok as the test says "Server test passed". 
The prefetch is automatic and when i click "prefetch now" it does find the new users but they are not added to the list.
Therefore new users can not connect to my vpn and that is a problem for us.

How can i get the automatic update working ?
Everything is enabled and seems ok.

    And I see 219 users in the list !

    New users appears in the log;

  • OK, can you show us the edit of user zzzzz in 'Users >> Users'?

  • zzzzz et ***** does not appear in users>users
  • This is not a problem that I recognize this year.  I would suggest that you submit a support request to Astaro.

  • I don't understand why they do not appear in the users list if they do appear in the prefetch log !

    I sent an email to support@astaro.com but they asked me to contact my "astaro partner"
  • Do you not have an Astaro partner?

    In any case, that's the standard response to an email.  The way to get support is to submit a ticket via my.astaro.com.  That requires registering for a free account.

    Once you have an account, you can go to 'Support >> Contact Support' and press on [Open Support Ticket in new window]

  • I have an Astaro Partner, he hasn't answered me yet.

    Thanks for the link but i have already used this webpage to create a ticket and the answer was the same...
