Why are all my reporting charts empty?

Hi, I made a typo on the date, it such have been 2010, not 2110!

I made your suggested changes, by deleting the files in RRD, and "Yes" they did repopulate the directory with 11 files.  They are being updated every 5 minuites.

ACCU, which has 5 files, is likewise being repopulated every 5 minutes.

However, the "images" dir (containing 44 files) has NOT updated its files, since approximately the time I deleted the RRD files.  So, I deleted those files.  I did rerun: "/usr/local/bin/reportcontrol.sh"  but the directory was not repopulated. I then waited 15 minutes, because yesterday's examination showed these files were being updated @ 15 minutes.  Still NO files in IMAGES.

The Bottom Line: Charts are present, but still no data points are being shown.

Any suggestions?

P.S. This ASG110, had a complete reinstall from a USB stick, sent by US Support (RMA#2), approximately late Oct-early NOV, could there had been a misconfiguration on that drive?

Alex, try running an Executive Report in WebAdmin.  I bet you'll see that things are working again.  The images you're looking at are probably the ones created every day when the Executive Report is run and emailed.

The reports are working, though it took nearly a day for the charts to be populated with data.

For the past week, all charts are working.
