Accounting report empty

I think our problem is different than the others have reported. The graphs for network traffic are OK, the Executive Report gets emailed no problem, but, when you look at Reporting - Accounting, I see a template of the networks I've included with no data; no Incoming/Outgoing, no TCP/UDP, no protocols or counts.

What can I review to determine the problem please ?

Version is licensed 100 IP - 5.200

    I have the same problem. It worked the first day I set it up and then stopped. I have 3 of these units and the accounting has never worked right on any of them.

    Can you post details about your  (accounting) configuration, version, ..?

    I have a getway 220 (2 acutaully 1 for failover). I have the latest version of ASL running on the unit. I have accounting enbaled and I have one IP address selected that I want to watch traffic on. I hope this helps.

    OK, that setup doesn't sound too complicated. :-)
    Let's repeat:

    - you enabled network accounting in Network->Accounting and set the checkbox for the correct interface (the interface where the IP you want to watch will be routed over). Your "Ignored Networks" is empty.

    - you enabled Reporting->Accounting, the reporting type is set to full, and in "queried networks" you selected the host  definition you want to watch.

    Is that correct?

    Going over this post, i found that i had accounting enabled, but was ignoring the networks i wanted to see. Hopefully that will help.

    guess it helps to read the fields title.

    I have a proper accounting setup(which is an import from v5 which is an import from my working v4 setup).  Accounting only shows the machines ip's.  No protocols, no amount of data passed.

    I have the same problem with [6.001] with the accounting. The information is being gathered. I can check the logs to see that but no accounting report is generated. I imported my [5.023] config into [6.001]. Any ideas?

    Its strange, if I set it to do a FULL accounting report everything is fine but if I set it to do a SMALL accounting I get no report.

    for my astaro its the same. i also have done a restore of an 5.x backup the newest one. don't know now the exact version. i will test now your "solution" i've wondered me so many traffic and no accounting... hope for a fix or so...

    Hi,
    on my Astaro V 6.004 it is the same. FULL show me the accounting, SMALL doesn't.
    Also on the console (login with "loginuser" than "su -" and the root password) I can execute the "/usr/local/bin/nacctddispatcher.sh -d small thismonth {my-network}" command with debug, but no accounting is in the output. With "full" al works fine.
