Accounting report empty

I think our problem is different than the others have reported. The graphs for network traffic are OK, the Executive Report gets emailed no problem, but, when you look at Reporting - Accounting, I see a template of the networks I've included with no data; no Incoming/Outgoing, no TCP/UDP, no protocols or counts.

What can I review to determine the problem please ?

Version is licensed 100 IP - 5.200

    Mine doesn't seem to collect all the stats. I have down and uploaded about twice the amount of data that appears in the report.
    It almost looks like that the DNS, POP3, SMPT traffic and possibly some of the HTTP traffic is not recorded.
    According to the accounting stats which is set to full, I only sent/recieved in  438k in total. 23k of HTTP only. I find this figure exteremly small.
