7.3 Quarantine Report

Since configuring this I have not received any reports, although I can see that I have received spam in the Mail Manager.  I wonder whether the fact that my name is in the user list as a locally authenticated user as well as "Remotely authenticated [User data updated from backend automatically] synced from adirectory" with the same mail address, makes any difference?

Where is the log that I can review what has /has not happened?

    The same thingf has also happened to one of my clients.
    2 ASG320s HA cluster active / active.

    the first thing to go wrong after the v7.3 update was that all email stopped. Everything was correct, but no incoming email. I raised a support call with Astaro and this was the solution ...

    I did the following on the command line on master and slave:

    chmod 644 /var/chroot-smtp/etc/hosts

    /var/mdw/scripts/smtp restart


    This solves the issue.

    I do not know when the update will be released, it depends if many units have
    this issue or not. As soon as an update is released, you will receive a
    notification anyway. 

    Now I have the problem where no quarantine reports are being sent out. I will check back with my client later today and then perhaps log this with Astaro support.

    Hi,

    I have the opposite. Quarantine reports is disabled (since I don't want to bother our users with this), but user do get the quaratine report sent to them. This should be fixed very fast since 100+ users are asking us now why they receive these reports with offensive subjects.

    same probleme here with one of our customers astaro. is there allready any solution?

    We'll be releasing a 7.301 Up2Date shortly that will address this and some other issues.
