Loaded iView this morning and am not seeing any events regarding mail. Anyone else seeing this.

You know that most people here have installed these as an evaluation trial (including myself), so why would we have taken out a support contract?
I was surprised that there was no beta. I bet they won't make that mistake with the next launch of a new product!

Thanks for bringing this issue to our attention. There is an issue with iView not reading SMTP logs which causes the reports to be blank.
We are in the process of planning an update to address this issue, along with a number of other issues that have been highlighted in early usage. I'll post information on the forum when we have a clearer idea of the schedule for that release.

Thanks Rich for the update, I take it that the evaluation period will have expired though by the time we get the update - is there a way of resetting the eval license?
I noticed there is now an up2date file on the ftp server but there is no description included on what it corrects. Applied it to my VM that I am testing with and it has been running for over an hour and still see no mail events.
