No Mail Events

Loaded iView this morning and am not seeing any events regarding mail. Anyone else seeing this.

    I've heard there is a up2date going to be released very soon that fixes a few issues with iView, one high value fix will be the lack of SMTP events.

    I think expected release date for the working version is 25th of never....

    Just another example of poor SOPHOS customer support I'm afraid.

    There is new update 1.002-9:

    ·  Sophos iView will now correctly process and report on messages processed by the UTM’s SMTP Email Protection feature (NIV-265) 
    ·  Web usage data will now be processed correctly and reports will be displayed where User Groups or User Names recorded in the log are extremely long (NIV-516, NIV-517, NIV-545)

    Applied the update and iView has come alive a little bit more. it has only been an hour or so and I will continue to monitor. Mail Events are being populated but SPAM is still empty for the time being. 

    Wish they would have added DNS settings since iView still wants to use external DNS (which I do not allow)

    BTW. This is still on the expired license from when iView was initialy released since this is for home use.

    Will keep everyone posted as new info comes available.

    With 90 minutes still no SPAM stats: Below are the stats that I see in the UTM for the last 24 hours. and none of this is showing up in iView:

    SMTP last 24 hours [ 433 messages delivered. 511 messages blocked (54%) ]
    Malware quarantined/rejected: 0 SPF rejects:         1
    Spam quarantined/rejected: 17 RBL rejects:         182
    Blacklist rejects:                         1 BATV rejects:         1
    Address Verification rejects: 6 RDNS/HELO rejects: 303

    Anyone else seeing this?
