No Mail Events

Loaded iView this morning and am not seeing any events regarding mail. Anyone else seeing this.

    You know that most people here have installed these as an evaluation trial (including myself), so why would we have taken out a support contract?

    If you're working with a reseller, you can get access to the excellent Sophos pre-sales engineers that not only know their stuff, but can get escalated support faster than anyone.

    Bob - you are indeed correct, but If I had just launched a product, I would be looking at my forums to see what my users are saying about it and whether they are having any issues.
