Server reboots when network cable plugged in!

Hello!

I have a big problem with my sophos box!
The computer is brand new, asrock motherboard with 3 Intel nics in the pci-express slots.
I have ran it without any problems for two weeks with an old hard drive I had. Tonight I replaced the hard drive with an ocz agility 3 ssd and reinstalled the box.
When everything was setup it started and network cables plugged in it started to reboot all the time! 
I thought the ssd was faulty first but without the network cable plugged in to the nic that has the dsl-connection on it it works flawlessly! As soon as I plug the cable in the box reboots within a few seconds!

I switched back to the old harddrive (not an ssd) and the computer works even with the network cable plugged in.
The network cables to the second nic that is my "lan" card is connected without problems all the time with the ssd plugged in.

This issue will make me mental sick soon! I have never had such a weird problem before! 
- With ssd plugged in I can't connect my internet connection because then the computer restarts.

I can have both internet connection and ssd plugged in while booting into bios/efi but can not run sophos properly.. 

It feels like when the network card initializes the issues starts and computer reboots when the ssd is plugged in..

Can it be something like a addressing collision or something?

Please help me out, this will run me insane!

    Obviously, UTM doesn't like that hardware at all.  Very possible, since the driver set installed is very limited and many are quite generic.  It is possible that there's an address collision as well. Check the kernel and boot messages logs for errors.

    It is so weird.. The erhernetcard works and is connected all the time. It is only when I connect the cable to the dsl modem the t reboots, like it reboots when trying to get ip from dhcp or something..
    The ssd works flawlessly without the network cable to the net installed, so it doesn't look like a driver issue because everything works when the nerwork cable is detached to the net.. When that cable is detached, I can log in and configure the box without problems via the web interface.. 

    So weird..

    Going to connect logs after work today and see that if I can see any issues in the logs..

    Which logs is the most interesting logs? I will upload the logs as soon as I know which logs that is most important to check..

    Well, didn't find anything suspicios in the logs and no kernel panics and so on.. 
    Got the same issue sometimes when sophos wasn't loaded yet, so it wasn't necessarily sophos that was the problem.. 
    But the problem was only there when one of the network cards and the ssd was plugged in at the same time..

    I have 3 intel card (two identical and one older card) and I removed one of the identical ones and ran with the other card instead. Now the box works as expected. Have no idea what was wrong, but my guess is that there were some internal adress conflicts or something that made the computer to reboot. My best guess.. [:P]

    It is most likely not an psu problem.. 
    The psu is a corsair (don't remember model right now)
    600W and the system is a tiny micro atx with a celeron j1900 cpu with a wattage of max 20w. And when I switch to a nornal harddrive the box works fine, but not with the ssd.. The ssd uses less power than the hard drive.

    The psu used to power my intel core i5 with 5 harddrives and 3 intel network cards (same network card as in this new box) that uses much more power than this tiny system and worked without issues.

    psu, cable, mobo that's the possibilities i have run into with this issue.  It has not been a software problem.

    Have changed cables without luck
     Removed one of the intel cards and now the box works without problems, with the ssd installed.
