I have a big problem with my sophos box!
The computer is brand new, asrock motherboard with 3 Intel nics in the pci-express slots.
I have ran it without any problems for two weeks with an old hard drive I had. Tonight I replaced the hard drive with an ocz agility 3 ssd and reinstalled the box.
When everything was setup it started and network cables plugged in it started to reboot all the time!
I thought the ssd was faulty first but without the network cable plugged in to the nic that has the dsl-connection on it it works flawlessly! As soon as I plug the cable in the box reboots within a few seconds!
I switched back to the old harddrive (not an ssd) and the computer works even with the network cable plugged in.
The network cables to the second nic that is my "lan" card is connected without problems all the time with the ssd plugged in.
This issue will make me mental sick soon! I have never had such a weird problem before!
- With ssd plugged in I can't connect my internet connection because then the computer restarts.
I can have both internet connection and ssd plugged in while booting into bios/efi but can not run sophos properly..
It feels like when the network card initializes the issues starts and computer reboots when the ssd is plugged in..
Can it be something like a addressing collision or something?
Please help me out, this will run me insane!
