Problems since installing 9.204-20

I just updated to 9.204-20 yesterday when I saw that the update was out.  Since then, I've had a bunch of SMTP problems with all email being quarantined.  Everything was working fine before, but now all inbound and outbound emails are quarantined saying either AV scanner unreachable or Malware(SCAN_ERROR).

Has some settings changed with the update that I may have overlooked?

  • When you say turn off AV scanning, exactly where do you mean to turn it off?

    I have tried hitting the "toggle switch" under the first SMTP screen (IIRC, I can't access the UTM right now), but that seemed to make no difference.  I also changed from the dual scan to single scan, but I didn't notice any changes there either.
