Re-Install old ASG220 with private License

O.K. - forget about the first topic of my request.
Got the ASG up and running; 
just took another old bytevault, started Setup and noticed which Keys to hit how often.
Then connected USB-drive with Setup on it and repeated keystrokes according to my notices ....
.... and oh wonder, with a little patience the ASG responded after reboot.

Don't expect the NICs ports to be in any order, as they were on the original installation.
They won't do you the favor.

Send a ping on the ASGs eth0 interface from the machine you use to configure 
and probe any NIC by connecting it one after the other to your network.
In my case on did respond .... so far, so good !

Any help to get panel buttons and display working is still appreciated.

@sievers: I bow my head afore such profund knowlege !!
Great instruction, which did the job at once ....
.... just to mention, that a reboot is necessary after finishing the described file-operations, before you upload the private license.
7.500 is now running on the 220.
Memory consumption is a bit daft, as it's about 80% even when running in home-use, with one client-machine attached.
But it was a gift from my company, so I shall just wonder but not complain ....

If ever someone comes to the same situation:
when you wish to install the ssi-Version the procedure is even easier !
Not to write down any keystrokes - just attach a bootable usb drive, boot the machine and wait 'till installation is finished.
It's easiest with an usb-cdrom as this will eject the media, when it's done.

Then reboot, do the changes described in the link and you got a working ASG;
all eth-interfaces in order and some fancy display with working buttons aside.
 .... btw. anybody remembering sesamestreet's aliens detecting a PC ??
(Must've been an old 386 or so) "compuutorr - book says: press button" .... [:D]

I didnt try it with the new 7.500 because of the minimum system requirements (1 GB RAM).
Nice to hear that it works also!

FYI, I tried to use an ASG320 vga cable on an old ver1 asg220 and there was no video. I guess the pinouts are different on each model.
