Astaro 7.005 can't manual up2date

when i login to shell in folder

It's show all path  but the information on webmanage
relese still v.7.005

I see you've checked that all the packages are there.
Providing you have the correct licensing in place to allow up2dates.
Attempt to force them. 
auisys.plx --rpmargs --force

I'm to test  
download Astaro 7.009 and reinstall  
and regist license.  after I found same ploblem - -*

You do not show any Up2date or maintenance dates. Did you not buy the Maintenance? If not, you don't get any up2dates.

Where's the line about maintenance (should be "maintenancesilver", "maintenancegold", or "maintenanceplatinum")?  That one is missing, and it, not the expiration date you have highlighted, controls whether you can up2date or not... at least that is my understanding.  The product will keep running, as the expiration date you have listed says, "forever", but the up2dates are tied to maintenance...

Incidentally, if you do have maintenance (Gold or otherwise), simply starting a case with Astaro Support would get this resolved for you pretty quickly. Also, make sure you actually bought maintenance; as a reseller I make sure it's bundled with the sale... maybe your reseller didn't input the license info correctly -- they should be able to straighten this out for you.

In my license  I don't have any infomation as your 
on the last post of me that  is a all text in licencse file  [:(]

and my boss buy license from saler already 2 license
- ( the license which saler send to me is a  .txt file )  true or not
or I must set what special policy/service ?

You should contact them, or check to find out why you don't have maintenance. You need to have that to get any updates.
