Astaro 7.005 can't manual up2date

when i login to shell in folder

You need to be either in the warranty period, or need to have a valid maintenance subscription to be able to install up2date packages. What is listed under WebAdmin Management->Licensing?

I remember after in first install 
in the menu Managerment > licensce > Overview 
    it show ok  in level silver  on another options show enable  ( color green mark )

and in the dashboard show 
2 update availiable for download  and last check 5 mins



But, after i'm install licence from sale

This ploblem is happens
1. can't up2date in manual mode
2. can't up2date in auto mode
3. maintenace be none
    and another options show not license

the firewall can telnet 80,21 every site already
( sorry for english gramma )

Open the license file; what expiration dates are listed?  Is maybe the date / time on the Astaro itself incorrect?   Have you tried reinstalling the software?

Are you showing any errors in the up2date log when trying to up2date?  Unable to authenticate or errors on the up2date rpm file?

I see you've checked that all the packages are there.
Providing you have the correct licensing in place to allow up2dates.
Attempt to force them. 
auisys.plx --rpmargs --force

I'm to test  
download Astaro 7.009 and reinstall  
and regist license.  after I found same ploblem - -*

Why won't you tell us the expiry dates in your license? Open the license file in a text editor, and copy and paste the dates.

You do not show any Up2date or maintenance dates. Did you not buy the Maintenance? If not, you don't get any up2dates.

Should look like:

Where's the line about maintenance (should be "maintenancesilver", "maintenancegold", or "maintenanceplatinum")?  That one is missing, and it, not the expiration date you have highlighted, controls whether you can up2date or not... at least that is my understanding.  The product will keep running, as the expiration date you have listed says, "forever", but the up2dates are tied to maintenance...
