ASG 7GA installation problems

i have a dell optiplex gx270 with 4 nics installed. 2gb ram. 80gb hd

after the latest step it comes with the following error.

installation failed

please remove cd-rom and restart the system.

when i check the log file i see the following

dont know what the problem is. 
i tried with a different cd burned with lower speed.
different hd
checked the memory
removed 2 nics.
