Problem with licens

Do you still have access to the Webadmin? What does the licence-menu say?
Could you post the notificationmail?

Yes i still have access to webadmin my licence meny say this

check the date in your BIOS. 

Tha date in bios is okej i have not change anyway. If i use ASL iso 4.008 i have not this problem 

how about copying and pasting your key.  I have fat-fingered mine several times and it didn't work. 

I use my old backup from ASL 4.008 and i not type in the license key. If i use iso ASL 4.008 i have not this problem only when i uppdate to iso ASL 4.016 

I would suggest that you go to the portal site and then copy and past your license key over top the one you already have in the box currently. 

This thread is going around in circles.  why don't you try what the first response suggested?

Why should i type in my key again if i don´t have type in my key since 2002 in september when i recive it? It have works to now. It must be a big bug in the new kernel in ASL or any else can be wrong 

Funny you are the only one with this particular problem.  I would once again recommed as others have suggested .

You ask for help but won't try what people suggest to you.

because maybe the import parsing of the license has failed due to a bug

Thats a known issue. I think Astaro will fix that.

Hi all

Xeno has right this is a known issue.
The reason for this error message is, that the ip accounting daemon runs with lower priority. In case of High Cpu Load for example, the anotifier wich send a mail is faster than the ip accounting daemon writes any counted IP's.
So with your license or your backup is not the reason.
Your ASL works as good as before.
Maybe we will fix this in the next relevant updates.
