Problems trying to reimage ASG625

Having horrible issues trying to install any version of SSi onto a ASG625 r2.

Several different failures

Most of the time I get a message saying installer cannot find appliance hardware and it dumps to the reboot screen

other times i hit OK and it continues to format disk and seems like its installing but at reboot i get a flashing cursor.

I have tried several DVD's and versions I am at a loss

Hi Mark,

It's probably out of support, so I would try change the hard drive if I were you. I have reinstalled the software a few times on our appliances, even on old ASG hardware, but I haven't had the issue you're describing.

It's possible that files are getting corrupted during burning. 1) Check the MD5 of the ISO after download to ensure it's been downloaded properly. When burning, try with a lower speed. For CD generally recommended at 8x, DVD, I'd try 4x.

I am able to install all versions of 8 on this hardware but every version of 9 fails to boot

MD5 checks out fine burned V9.35 on DVD this morning at 4X istall went fine told me to remove media and reboot.
At reboot i see Grub load and it then stops at

Is this paid license or home license?

Doesn't really matter at this point since i cannot get the system to boot on any version of UTM9 to even apply a license.
