UTM 9.2 doesn't send backups by mail

I don't think that has anything to do with it, Addy.  What do you see for 'interval' when you do:

cc get backup

If you search the SMTP Proxy log for the address in 'recipients', what do you see?

Apologies for the delayed response. Following is the info that I get with cc backup :

And in SMTP proxy logs I have nothing. As in once I select SMTP proxy logs under search and enter the email address of the recepient I get a blank window where it finds nothing.

Any Help will be appreciated Bob.

I tried rebuilding teh DB as well but it doesn't seems to resolving my problem. Please help.

Is the SMTP Proxy configured?  If not have you configured a Smarthost on the 'Advanced' tab of 'Management >> Notifications'?

Niether the SMTP proxy nor the Advanced tab is configured. They are both disabled.

Appreciate your promptness.

The point is we do not have an external Email Server, the target is to use the 1 inbuilt in sophos and not using an external email host.

Are you receiving notifications, Addy?  For example, if you try to login to WebAdmin with incorrect credentials, do you get a failed login notification?

No we do not receive any.

Since you don't have SMTP configured, look in the Admin Notifications log.
